1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the GoogleLauncher application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Boehm Motorsports, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. License Grant We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App.

• Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the App to any third party.

• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

3. Use of Google Services The App integrates with Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive). Your use of these services through the App is subject to Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of Google's services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.

4. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to keep your authentication tokens secure (which the App handles locally) and to not share your device access with unauthorized users.

• Content: You are solely responsible for the files you upload to Google Drive using the App. You agree not to upload any illegal, harmful, or malicious content.

• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BOEHM MOTORSPORTS, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

7. Modifications to the App and Terms We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
